Two-color system using uv led ink

Modular 991 has been designed for two-color printing on plastic straps, using UV-LED flexographic ink.
It is equipped with a RFID sleeve recognition device that allows automatic calibration of the machine according to the installed printing sleeve.

The straps get treated by a “Corona” treatment station that allows the ink to adhere more efficiently.
