Equipment suitable for personalizing personal care products by using H2O flexographic ink. Formed by two synchronized printing units, it allows for two-color (2+0) designs in register, on continuous unwind film.
The Modular 985 is also equipped with two automatic cleaning systems for each printing unit: one is dedicated to the printing plate mounted on the printing roller, and one to the back-up roller. They consist of waterjet heads that instantly remove dirt and residue while the machine is working, improving print quality.
