Flexo UV motorised with closed chamber

920 is an in-line printing system made up of 2 units Miniflex 519/1300 suitable for using UV inks. UV ink printing ensures high definition with bright colours.

The supporting frame is equipped with mechanical transversal adjustment and it’s possible to print both 2+0 and 1+1 colours.

Moreover, it is possible to change extremely quickly the printing repeat, as the machines are equipped with both in-line sleeve system by air spindle and Variant working mode (printing repeat settable from control panel).

High working speeds can be reached by means of the gearless motorization and of the inking system by closed chamber and ceramic anilox roller. The closed chamber is coated with Teflon so that cleaning is very easy and quick to carry out.

The small dimension ink feeding system by monoblock and peristaltic pump installed on the printing unit body is very compact.
