Flexo UV motorised with closed chamber

Miniflex 519 is a high qualità printing unit. Using UV inks, it ensures high definition and strong printing with bright colours.

Moreover, it is possible to change extremely quickly the printing repeat, as the machine is equipped with both in-line sleeve system by air spindle and Variant working mode (printing repeat settable from control panel).

High working speeds can be reached by means of the gearless motorization and of the inking system by closed chamber and ceramic anilox roller. The closed chamber is coated with Teflon so that cleaning is very easy and quick to carry out.

The small dimension ink feeding system by monoblock and peristaltic pump installed on the printing unit body is very compact.
