Giugni has created a variety of flexographic printing solutions for panty pads, diapers, mattress protectors, wipes and other personal hygiene products made of nonwoven fabrics.

Our machine are made to the highest safety standards and are custom made for integration into nonwoven fabric processing lines, to apply high precision polychrome decorations and design. Compared with inkjet technology, flexographic technology offers reduced production times thanks to high print speeds as well as lower machinery and ink costs, in addition to reduced maintenance and downtime.

Our Miniflex and Modular systems are designed for printing one or multiple colours with water-based inks on continuously unrolling film. The quality and definition of the results are also assured by our innovative system for cleaning the clichés while printing is in progress. These systems are the ideal solution for inline printing of nonwoven fabrics even in small print runs.

Our wide band Modular machines, on the other hand, are ideal for manufacturers of neutral nonwoven materials, who want to personalise their product range and offer their clients pre-printed, personalised materials.
