Details
Miniflex 919 has been designed for high precision printing in-line with blown-film extruders.
Indeed, the camera with register control ensures high precision between the positions of the different colours and the steady film tension is given by the control system with calenders and dancer.
Thanks to the innovative turning system, the operator can change the machine configuration easily and quickly: 3+0 or 2+1 colours.
The three printing units are equipped with all newest technologies: use of UV inks, in-line sleeve change system, gearless motorization, inking by closed chamber and laser engraved ceramic anilox roller.
Three UV lamps are installed after each printing unit for the ink curing.
