They are designed for integration in new lines or installation as retrofits quickly and easily by the customer himself. They add value to the production process through continuous printing on flexible substrates. They can be quickly installed on extruders, bag production sealers, bag making machines and other converting equipment.

Miniflex flexographic printers have an ink distribution system with the option of an Anilox ceramic cylinder combined with a rubber roller, a doctor blade or a closed chamber, guaranteeing flexo printing quality for speeds of 450 m/min and above.

Complete with a detailed instruction manual, Miniflex flexographic printers can be installed and used independently, are able to use normal flexographic inks, can be retrofitted in existing lines and do not require an electrical hookup. Operation on compressed air alone guarantees the highest level of safety on the production line and means that no constructor involvement is required for start-up.
