Details
Miniflex 527 is an in-line printing unit that, according to the different applications and working conditions, can be supplied with or without motorization. In the first case, the machine is driven by a motor and synchronizes its speed with the one of the film by means of an encoder. In the other case, the machine is driven by the contact of rubber dragging rings with the material.
The standard printing width is 600 mm, while the development can be 500 mm or 600 mm.
Being equipped with a 2 rollers inking system (rubber fountain roller + anilox roller), the printer can work up to 55 m/min.
The machine is supplied with ink recirculation system from bucket by pneumatic pump.
