INK DISTRIBUTION WITH DOCTOR BLADE - MINIFLEX
These diagrams show the most commonly used operating principles of our passive or motorized "Miniflex" machines which use doctor blade ink distribution.
When two directions of movement are specified on the same substrate (film), this means:
a olid arrow - preferential direction;
b empty arrow - possible direction.

The following key refers to the diagrams 7-11:
A - Ink bottle
B - Ink reservoir
D - Fountain and ink distributing roll (anilox)
E - Printing or cliché-holding roll
F/F1 - Possible directions of the film. The solid arrow shows the preferential direction
G/G1 - Contrast rolls
H/H1, H1/H - Possible directions of movement of the machine
L - Closed chamber
P - Ink pump
R - Positive doctor blade
R1 - Negative doctor blade
T - Ink container
V - Flow regulation and reservoir discharge valve
